How agile is agile?

Keep checking your expectations and adjust them if necessary. Agile projects require some give and take, so don't be afraid to make changes.

Encourage open communication and feedback between your team and your stakeholders. This way, everyone can have their say and any misunderstandings can be cleared up before they become major issues.
